Luling Junior High Mission Statement

 It is the purpose and mission of Luling Junior High to provide all of its students with an educational program which allows them to develop to their full potential intellectually, physically and socially in order to be responsible members of society.  Inherent within this purpose and mission is the belief that all teachers can make a positive difference in the life of their students.

CSCOPE Parent Portal
The Texas Education Service Center Curriculum Collaborative (TESCC) has develope CSCOPE curriculumn support system in which lessons are all aligned with the TEKS/TAKS. CSCOPE's online parent portal is a resource for parents to learn more on the components of this curriculumn.
To visit the Parent Portal, click on the "CSCOPE Parent Portal" link located on the "Public Info" tab.
Cell Phone Ban in School Zones
This is a reminder that the use of cell phones while driving in Luling School Zones is prohibited to help provide additional safety to our children.  This includes:
 Hand-held cell phones
 Pagers
 Personal digital assistants (PDA)
 Other electronic communications devices
Motorists will be able to talk legally on their cell phones if they use hands-free devices.

Hello, I am happy to be the Principal of Luling Junior High.  Since coming to Luling in 2008 I have
been overwhelmed by the kindness of the community.  I truly feel at home here in Luling.  My
belief system is "failure is not an option".  Luling Junior High will do everything we can to make
sure all students become productive citizens of Luling.  We believe that with parental/community 
support Luling Junior High will produce students that will be triumphant in life.
